the hotel is very near the cathedral, great for exploring in the evenings. the location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. wifi connectivity was excellent. the front desk staff were very personable and helpful.
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear everything from the other rooms. this made it difficult to sleep in the mornings.

The staff were efficient and helpful. Miguel and the rest of the team were very nice. jose was very friendly at reception. fernando was cute and gave good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants.

The hotel features a very good location that was a major highlight. The staff was friendly. The spacious room offered everything needed . I found no significant drawbacks to the accommodations.
The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.
